"I purchased the 16" x 16" x 14"H | Straight Graphite Planter to support the small Ocotillo. It needs to be assembled, as do all the sculptures from Desert Steel. There were instructions for this planter. I used thick bedding towels to do this assembly work. The planter is very nice as seen in the image."
"The agave plants are spectacular, as are the planters. We are very pleased with their ease of assembly and final appearance. I was suprised by the plated sheet metal screws used for the assembly though. I would think that the holes created will become sources of corrosion. For the quality of the product, I would have used pre-drilled holes [which would then be finish treated as the rest of the planter pieces], for SS bolts and nuts. That part of the assembly was disappointing."
"The planter box is well made and is pretty easy to assemble. The instructions are well detailed and there are plenty of screws and bolts to meet all requirements. The planter box withstands the elements as this is my second one and my first one looks brand new just like this new one. Both this planter box and my previous one came as a package with a Desert Steel Agave. It is a great deal when Desert Steel offers such a package."
